We are looking for an experienced Website Designer with skills in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Content Management System like Joomla and WordPress having more than 2 years of experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (*Essential Functions) include the following:

• Primary ownership and responsibility for web design, production, content, and functionality of sites and ensuring that the material is designed, created, published, and updated in a timely fashion.
• Develops creative briefs and designs to meet the businesses objectives and need of the organization.
• Uses computer graphic systems to produce original graphic sketches, icons, designs and layouts.
• Keep up-to-date on web standards, policy issues, and market developments
• Coordinate with IT for enhancements and maintenance of the content management system (CMS).
• Designs and constructs web pages/sites including incorporating graphic interface (GUI) features and other techniques.
• Maintain and create electronic templates in line with the Corporate Brand standards.
• Determines sizes of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of principles, and aesthetic design concepts.
• Maintains and provide ongoing design of promotions, banner ads and seasonal content specials.
• Designs and executes newsletter and email campaigns.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Content Management, and graphic design software such as, Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark. Individual must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Other Qualifications
• Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in creating and managing the creation of web materials from start to finish.
• Must posses a strong work ethic and enjoy working in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business (i.e., sales, operations, administration and marketing).
• Ability to manage tasks unsupervised.
